KSC Fire & Rescue 50th Anniversary

Created: February 2014
Designers: Nathan Moeller & Tim Gagnon

Design Summary

For one of the opening salvos of 2014, Tim Gagnon enlisted the help of Max-Q to pay tribute to the 50 years of dedicated service by the KSC Fire & Rescue team. The iconic Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) honors the past, present and future role played by KSC Fire & Rescue in the story of America's space program. The five-decade span of their service is bookended by two programs - Apollo and the Space Shuttle - shown lifting off from Merrit Island in Florida, where the team is based.
