Born and raised in Texas, Moeller has captured launch and retirement operations of the space shuttle, along with specialized aviation operations in cooperation with Cathay Pacific Cargo, Emirates SkyCargo, NASA, Space Center Houston & Virgin Galactic. From the Kennedy Space Center press site to the flight decks of airliners of the past and present, he's covered key parts of aviation and spaceflight history for posterity.

His work has been utilized by aviation training professionals and even the Smithsonian Institution. Moeller also leads Astro95's graphics effort, creating unique commemorative emblems for special events around the globe. He led the development of Astro95 Media and has also served as a contributor for NASASpaceflight.com, NYC Aviation & Spaceflight Insider.
